In August 2010, HCI became the first fibre cement manufacturer to attain MS ISO / IEC 17025:2005 standard by Standards Malaysia, a member of the ILAC – International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation, accreditation in Asia. With the official recognition of our abilities, competence and qualifications to perform testing in our laboratory, customer satisfaction is elevated and strengthens confidence. The accreditation process involves thorough evaluations of all the elements of our laboratory that contributes to the production of accurate and reliable test data.
